This website is established by Hearts of Zion, inc. and is subject to the agreement therein. By using this website, you are thereby accepting the conditions and terms which are stipulated within the Privacy Policy Agreement.
We exclusively reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time at our sole discretion. We may provide modifications to you by reasonable means, including but not limited to displaying the modified version of the Private Policy Agreement on the website. - Any unauthorized or unsolicited advertising or marketing of promotional materials which includes but not limited to: Electronic messaging via cellular phone, laptop, desktop (PC), internet cloud, social media platforms, emails, photographs, hard copied documents, exponentially growing pyramid, for example “chain letters”, and/or investment opportunities, illegal investment and marketing scheme for example “pyramid scheme” or any other fraudulent operations and/or other forms of solicitation.
- Use the website for any deceptive, fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
- Collect, and hoard personal identifiable information about other users of the website.
- Impersonate any individual or organization, including but not limited to any representative of Hearts of Zion, or an/any affiliated organization; Misrepresenting your affiliation with falsifying statements with any individual and/or organization; or communicate or suggest that we support and/or endorse any statement you make.
- Disrupt or interfere with the operations of this website, serves and/or networks used to make the website accessible; or violate any policies, procedures, rules, regulations and requirements of alike networks.
- Impede or interfere with any individual from accessing or using the website including but not limited to, defacing any part of the website or by hacking the website. In addition, using the website for any unauthorized solicitation without obtaining prior written approval from Hearts of Zion.

In addition, imitating any section of Hearts of Zion website without prior written approval from Hearts of Zion.
- Alter, change, convert, disassemble, remove, backwards engineering or back engineering any part of the website.
- Removal of any material that originated from the website; removal of any copyright, trademark and/or proprietary rights notifications on or from the website.
- Systematically store website content by coping, downloading or uploading website information on any established database, electronic network or computerize server. (That is not the property of Hearts of Zion, Inc.)
- Usage of all or any web crawlers or other automatic, manual and operated devices to recruit, recapture or recover files and/or list such as data mine, scrape and/or any other duplicate or change of the navigational appearance and /or structure of Hearts of Zion website without prior written approval from Hearts of Zion, inc.
- Hearts of Zion Owner Rights
- You agree that all information, material and services provided on this website shall remain the property of Hearts of Zion, inc. website and Hearts of Zion affiliates, licenses, suppliers including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property; proprietary laws and rights.
- Except by prior approval in written from Hearts of Zion, you accept and agree not to borrow, change, duplicate, exchange, give away, lend or established derive acts including but not limited to all or any portion of the materials that are throughout the website and made available on the website.
- All trademarks on the website that are not the property of Hearts of Zion are owned by their respective proprietor. All trademarks on Heart of Zion website, even if registered or unregistered, may not be utilized in relation or connection with any service that we do not own, in any matter that have the potential to cause confusion. No material on our website should be define or understood as permission by implying or interpreting any other way Hearts of Zion trademarks, licenses or Hearts of Zion names or otherwise, without prior written approval from Hearts of Zion, inc.
- Contributions and Donations
Hearts of Zion uses PayPal as a third party payment service to collect contributions and donations on our website. If you would like to make a contribution or donation on our website, you will be re-directed to PayPal website (a third party payment service). Please note PayPal website is hosted by PayPal and/or its service providers and not Hearts of Zion, Inc. All contributors and donators accessing PayPal will be subject to PayPal user agreement and privacy policy, and not Hearts of Zion agreement. You accept, agree and acknowledge that Hearts of Zion is not and will not be liable or responsible for any of PayPal services, PayPal website or any breach, lapse or omissions of PayPal services.
- Information Collected
The information we collect is information that you voluntary give to complete your request, for example, replying to a request through our contact page or requesting to be signed up for our newsletter. Hearts of Zion do not share your personal information with third parties, expect for IT representatives which may provide Information Technical support for Hearts of Zion website. The voluntary information that is provided, for example, age, zip code, etc. maybe utilized in accumulation form when our reports are produced to analyze and establish trends on our website trends.
- Indemnity
You accept and agree to the indemnity of Hearts of Zion and its associates and or associated organizations against and harmless of all legal and financial claims and fees including but not limited to attorney fees or any reimbursement fees or behalf of your neglectfulness to adhere to this agreement.
- Termination of Website Access
Hearts of Zion may terminate your availability and access to utilize our website, at our sole discretion at any time, with or without notice; including but not limited to Hearts of Zion in good faith identify your actions on the website are in or a violation of the agreement. Under any discovery that you violated this agreement your access to the website will be immediately revoked with or without notice. You acknowledge Hearts of Zion will not be liable to you or any third parties for any termination of access to our website.
- Liability
Hearts of Zion and its associated organization will not be liable, responsible for any damages of any type reflecting and resulting from your inability or misuse/use of the website or from any content that is displayed and or presented on the website from third parties or Hearts of Zion. Under any circumstance you are dissatisfied with the website; it is your sole responsibility to immediately stop using the website.
The maximum liability of Hearts of Zion for all losses, damages and cause of action, whether in arrangement or obligation (including without limiting neglectfulness) or any other way, should be the total amount if any, you have to pay to Hearts of Zion to access the website. In addition, we try our best to maintain the security and integrity of the servers that our website operates from. We cannot guarantee at all times the site will remain secure, accurate at all times and/or fully functional without the website experiencing any unforeseen interruptions. Hearts of Zion website is controlled and operated by Hearts of Zion and from the United States, and isn’t subject to laws or jurisdiction of any country, state or territory other than United States. Hearts of Zion do not condone and/or permits or represent the website or any portion of the website is applicable and relevant for usage in any other jurisdiction other than the United States. Users which access our website do so at their own will, judgment and own liability. All users of this website are liable for adhering with and to all local laws, regulations and rules. All users (you) are to adhere to the United States controls, including any United States bans, restraint, restrictions or other federal rules and regulations blocking exports. - Administrative Jurisdiction and Law
This agreement is administer by and shall adhere in congruity to and with the State of New York laws in the United States of America, without reference to its principles of conflict law. You accept, agree and acknowledge exclusive jurisdiction of federal and state courts located in New York, United States of America; and agree to disregard any jurisdictional inopportune gathering (assembly) objections to federal and state courts in the state of New York, United States of America.
- Internet Blocking and Filtering
In accordance with 47 United States code section (d) which states the Obligations of interactive computer service is as follows:
“A provider of interactive computer service shall, at the time of entering an agreement with a customer for the provision of interactive computer service and in a manner deemed appropriate by the provider, notify such customer that parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available that may assist the customer in limiting access to material that is harmful to minors. - Copyright Infringement Policy

Upon receipt of your notice, we will take all actions we deem appropriate, including removal of the infringing material or disabled access to the infringing material. Please note that you must comply with all of the requirements above for your notice to be valid.
Counter-Notice Procedure:
If you feel that we have removed content that is not infringing, or that you otherwise have authorization from the copyright holder to lawfully use the content, you may send us a Counter-Notice.
The following information must be included:
- Identification of the content which you believe was mistakenly removed or access was mistakenly disabled to, as well as the location where it appeared.
- Your name, address, telephone number, email address and your physical or electronic signature.

This privacy policy agreement do not and must not be interpreted or translated to create, establish or form an organization, franchisor or any partnership such as but not limited to a business enterprise etc. relations amongst users and Hearts of Zion. Please note if any part of this agreement is discovered to be illegal for any reason not binding that part of the agreement will be presumed discontinued and shall not remain ineffective or valid. User may not sell, assign, re-assign or transfer all or any of this agreement, duties or rights of this privacy policy agreement without prior written approval from Hearts of Zion. No wavier by each of two parties of any infraction, violation or neglect under authority will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or succeeding an infraction, violation or neglect. Title headings, captions and categories are displayed as a convenience to the users of the website. The categories do not give explanation to the content within.
In conjunction, this is including all agreements and policies within the entire agreement amongst and between all users and Hearts of Zion, referring to the material within and overruling all previous verbal and written awareness and contracts enclosed by the user and Hearts of Zion referring to alike content. Please note notices may be made available to you by email, postal mail or on the website; all correspondence will be at the discretion of Hearts of Zion. Website notices and informational links will be posted on the website.
